Former Ikolomani MP and Kkakamega senator Boni Khalwale has spilled the beans from the talk ranking institution in Kenya.
Khalwale claims that he caught a female MP smoking shisha in Mombasa.
He was speaking moments after government through health CS Cleopa Mailu banned any business relating to sale, use and distribution of Shisha in the country.
