Olunga Headed For Japanese League

Reports from Japan indicate that Kashiwa Reysol based in Japanese top league are close to signing Harambee stars forward Michael Olunga.

If the deal goes through, the on loan Girona player could meet top brass such as Andreas Iniesta, Lukas Podolski and Fernando Torres at the  Professional Soccer League of Japan.

“Michael Olunga (transferred last season to Girona by Guizhou) could sign with Kashiwa Reysol,” Fútbol Japonés tweeted.

Olunga joined Girona Fc from Chinese side Guizhou Zhicheng, which he had signed for in a record Sh450 million deal from Sweden top flight side IF Djurgardens in 2016.

Kashiwa finsihed 13th last season in 18-team J-League table
