Zambia University through their notice, has warned female students to stay off their libraries if they dress in nasty dresses.
The top university commands a population of more than 35,000 students.
The move has been thought to be after the good reasons behind the boy-child debate , considering that many male students may be bothered with skimpy dresses.
Zambia boldly declared their nation as a christian state.
The move has drawn mixed reactions on social media
Exactly 😂😂😂…seeing a half dressed or half naked woman depends on where you are on the “pervertometer” scale 😂😂😂. I am now worried for the girls at said “top university.”#Zambia https://t.co/UPTO8VA1Nb

So I put to you here in the most simple terms- where is the notice from university of Zambia telling male students to focus on their damn books and not leer after women? To look down, to look away.
Where is that?

"The University of #Zambia is a SECULAR institution built on the principles of diversity and cherishes academic freedom."
Can't the preamble of our constitution read?
"The Sovereign Nation of #Zambia is a SECULAR state built on the principles of diversity, justice and freedom."
