10 Accounts Which Vilify Maribe As A Suspect Rather Than A Witness

Form being a witness to a key suspect, Citizen TV’s Jacque Maribe murder fairy-tale continues to pick different dimensions.

Police have confirmed that Maribe whose’s fiancee Joseph Irungu is already in custody over the same case, that she too will be a guest of the state in police cells.

Below are the some the findings police have found to link Maribe to the brutal murder of Monica Kimani who was found dead on September 20th, 2018.

1. Maribe has to answer tough questions on why her phone was said to have been used at the crime scene- Monica’s house

6. Still, police indicate that Maribe set on fire clothes (Kanzu) Jowi used at Monica’s house
7. Maribe’s house-help is in police hands and her accounts may just pin them down if at all they planned murder without involving the maid.

9. Maribe hired a prominent murder case lawyer- Cliff Ombetta who is also representing Migori Governor Okoth Obado. Ombetta also represented Katwa Kigen murder suspect among others
10. Jowi borrowed Jacky Maribe’s neighbors gun which is said to have shot himself with. After the alleged gun attack on Jowi, the matter ws not immediately reported to police.

If found guilty by the court, Maribe could be charged with either murder, or abetting murder which simply means to command, procure, counsel, encourage, induce, or assist a murder.
