10 Careers In Kenya With No Job Opportunities

According to estimates made by the World Economic Forum , in 2020 some seven million jobs will be in charge of machines and robots. Therefore, seven million workers will lose their jobs.

This inevitable advance of automation does not imply any novelty for the industries, which for years  have been preparing to adapt to the new technological context that has generated the advance of Robotics  and Artificial Intelligence .

 For some years, this technological revolution has determined the disappearance of some professions and the creation of others.

Although automation is seen as the biggest enemy of workers, these will also be depleted their future possibilities due to a factor of some professionals: the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time, also known as Multitasking .

The fact that a professional can perform their tasks at the same time and those that correspond to other professionals will take away as many jobs as the technology itself .

These factors are combined and enhanced, because because of the threat of automation a large number of professionals are committed to constant training and therefore training to perform new tasks.

In the current context, the idea of ​​having a profession for life seems almost impossible. Unless at the time of choosing what to study the choice of one of the trades destined to disappear is avoided .

As a way of offering guidance to workers when choosing their profession , different studies have pointed out jobs with a worse future .
