10 Ordinary Kenyans Who Won Plums Jobs After Being Bullied On Social Media

Despite Twitter being dominated by Kenya’s most elite social media users, it remains a breeding ground and a stepping stone of internet bullies.

These bullies who are just seeking attention in exchange of innocent upcoming artists who are just out to make a name and entertain Kenyans.

Unfortunately, these bullies are contagious and eventually do spread across other social networks in Kenya such as Whatsapp and Facebook.

Since our God never sleeps and karma never discriminate, the lives of these supposed bullied artists normally change and become even better.

The supposed victims have received psychological, financial as well as being offered with a lucrative job.

What these bullies don’t is the fact that they can be subjected to cyber bullying crime and actually send behind bars.

Wikipedia describes Cyber bullying as the use of the Internet and related technologies to harm or harass other people, in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner.

Here is a list of Kenyans who went through the painful hand of the bullies and came out looking more stronger and even with awesome job offers

1.Mulamwah

Being one of the upcoming lowly comedians, Mulamwah deals with bullies almost every day.

Many of the bullies will find space to attack his career, looks and even his nature of jokes.

One of his bad days to hide, he trended for close to the whole day until his fame rose and got even more comedy and advertisement deals to advance his career.

2.Stivo Simple Boy

The youngest rapper was famously brought to limelight by his single hit ‘Mihadarati’.

Simple Boy was harrassed based on his looks and even his rapping style, however, Kenyans rallied behind him and won against the bullies.

Thanks to God, his life changed, he got a government job at NACADA as well as his videos getting as much as 500K views on You Tube.

He was also endorsed on ambassadorial deals

3.Azziad Nasenya

Another unlucky innocent girl met these blood sucking bullies in April 2020.

Azziad is an upcoming actress, model and artist.

She wowed Kenyans with her no-borne waist dancing skills attacking the bullies to come.

The dug up her old photos and claimed she was excelling on filters.

However, celebs and rest of Kenyans rallied around her neck.

Azzaid Nasenya eventually got a lucrative media job where she will featured in a TV role

4.Bosibori

Neema Bosibori, is a well known social media marketer and infuncer on Twitter.

However, she is also fond of bullying new cyber users.

Her day to hide came when Twitter unleashed bullying her and making called it double standards after claiming she had been bullied.

However, her life would later change and become an anti-cyber bullying ambassador under the auspices of Nairobi Women Rep Esther Passaris

5.Kartelo

Another young comedian fell to the traps of the twitter bullies.

Kartelo who draws his comedy lines from the slums of Kayole region in Nairobi, suffered bullying and almost lost his job.

But he was saved by comedian Chipukeezy who later admitted him onto his show on Ebru TV

6.Lucy Gatimu

A mother of one and an upcoming entrepreneur Lucky Gatimu was met with a hash and undeserved criticism from a social media influencer.

However, what the bullie didn’t know is that he had provided Lucy a stepping to her lifetime success.

It all started when she asked a favour to feed her kids, then the bullie clapped back on her mercilessly

Lucky would later win a job, advert deal and an MPESA donation of more than 500K

7.Linda Nyangweso

Even well established celebs, have been met with tough bullies.

Kiss 100 FM presenter Lindah Nyangweso was met with tough bullies who shamed her over her body

Linda Nyangweso’s radio show became even more popular and its listening capacity went up

8.Collins Omondi

Collins Omondi who took the attention of American TV presenter Steve Harvey was also reported to have been bullied by known celeb Carol Radull.

9.Ivy Brenda

The corona virus first recovered patient was bullied by online society after she made a public press.

Nude photos alleged to belong to her splashed through the internet as well .

Health CS Mutahi Kagwe would later announce that Brenda will be protected by the state and even went ahead to save her from more online bullying

10. Kakamega Miss Tourism 2013

What this innocent soul went through is surely no acceptable.

The model who won the contest was subject into unjust trolling of her looks by rogue social media users.

The model from Kakamega’s contest did not disclose so much in public, but Kenyans on social media would gang up and protect her from the social media venom
