IT student in Nairobi, Simon Warunge, came close to wiping entire family in January 2021 after watching a horror movie , Killing Eve a dark comedy-drama.

The 22 year old student, killed all 5 members who were at home during the horrifying moment, and the surviving two had been ferried back to school.

Simon, without mercy killed his mother, father and his three other siblings.

“He first hit on the head using a metal bar and immediately on becoming unconscious, he could stab the chest several times on each of the victims in order to damage respiratory organs,” said a detective privy to the probe referencing Warunge’s statement.

His act was properly executed like a well choreographed horror movie. For instance the lifeless body of his dad was found lying near the entrance of their home with 34 stabs of wounds

The suspect who is already in custody, was arrested together with his girlfriend.

According to DCI police, Simon tried to go in a hide out but after several phone tracing he was captured in Nairobi regions.

His father was a nurse based in the United States while his mother worked for the Kiambu County Government as a medical officer.

Warunge described his parents to police as “satanic and killers.”
