This August 1 is commemorated in several countries of the world the World Day of Joy, with the purpose of reflecting on the importance of this feeling in the lives of the human being and the transforming power that it exercises in its environment.
Harvard University professor of psychology Tal Ben-Shahar says that “joy can be learned, just as one is instructed to ski or play golf: with technique and practice.”
