Reaching the “third decade” does not have to be torture, on the contrary it is the best opportunity to take advantage of every moment and feel full.

Along with this you must start a series of care to not age so quickly and the next stage is how you wait.

From the age of 30 is when they begin to manifest the signs of age, you can notice if your aging is normal or premature when you compare yourself with other people of the same rank.

According to specialists these are some things you must do

1.Exercise

To reduce abdominal fat it is best to do aerobics: cycling or walking. You must perform at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.

  1. Eye to food.

To maintain an adequate weight you must reduce your caloric intake, consume very little quantity of flours, legumes, cereals and pasta. They have “energy” that you do not need.

  1. Avoid the sun.

If you expose yourself to the sun, it is not between 10am and 4pm, because there is more radiation. You must necessarily use sunscreen on face, neck and arms especially to prevent your skin from suffering aging and worse damages.

Apply it 20 minutes before exposing yourself.

  1. Adopts antioxidants and collagen.

Biological aging is linked to certain processes of molecular oxidation, caused by the production of free radicals

This can be minimized if you add in your dietary intake of antioxidants through fruits and vegetables (those with red skin, oily fish and nuts), its recommendation is 2 large servings of vegetables varying color and 3 medium fruit daily.

  1. Take care of your skeleton.

Healthy young women also suffer from fractures due to non-traumatic causes.

To prevent this, your daily calcium intake should be 1000 mg, which is equivalent to consuming, if you do not have intolerance, three servings of dairy daily. You also find it in salmon, almonds and dried vegetables.

  1. Sleep, without makeup.

Due to work, children and fatigue in general, it is usually a habit that is damaging your skin, causing wrinkles, spots and dryness.

  1. Abandon the “bad habits” on health.

If during your university years you started to smoke or / and drink, they are activities that you must leave in your 30’s as soon as possible, even if it is not easy.
