The ability to memorize is not the same for everyone, and there are those who have serious difficulties in doing so, because reading various texts and being able to remember all the details is difficult and is not available to anyone.

Prepare

Before starting to study, you must prepare in advance. Pay attention to the choice of the study site, which is essential for you to stay focused and pay the necessary attention.

Record what you memorize

Making an audio recording of the material to be memorized can be useful to retain information more easily, especially if it is a lecture you have attended or a speech you have to prepare Read aloud the texts to be fixed so that you can hear them later.

Trying to memorize anything will not work unless you take a few breaks to rest your head. Only with a fresh mind will you be able to assimilate matters clearly. Therefore, establish periods of rest and follow them to the letter.
