Celebrated KTN journalist Jeff Koinange escaped death by a whisker on Thursday morning after heavily armed robbers raided his home in the posh Kitisuru estate at 2.30 am and opened fire.
Department Nairobi Chief investigating boss, Ireri Kamwende, confirmed the incident and revealed what exactly the robbers did to gain access to Jeff Koinange’s home.
According to Kamwende, the robbers shot in the air to scare security guards in the area and who tied them up before bundling them in a random beating.
Lucking Jeff escaped unharmed as the armed thugs made away with his valuable.
