A research themed 2020 uniRank University Ranking has ranked Kenya’s best public universities as of 2020 calendar.
The research was formulated on the following three key principles
- being chartered, licensed or accredited by the appropriate Kenyan higher education-related organization
- offering at least four-year undergraduate degrees (bachelor degrees) or postgraduate degrees (master or doctoral degrees)
- delivering courses predominantly in a traditional, face-to-face, non-distance education format
The research analyzed data from independent web intelligence sources rather than data submitted by the Universities themselves.
The research managed to arrive on the top varsities in Kenya by employing non-academic League Table of the top Public Kenyan Universities based on valid, unbiased and non-influenceable web metrics
