Kenya’s leading student loans board has delivered some good news all Kenyan students will definitely like

To make it simple, the Ksh.1000 charged for compliance certificate has been waved and now beneficiaries can obtain the certificate without any charges

 We have waived the Kshs 1,000 non-beneficiary compliance certificate fee effective 15th July, 2020. Get your compliance free of charge from our website www.helb.co.ke or from the E-citizen Portal today!

However, it is not clear how long the direction will remain in active, bearing in mind that government has been making things a little easier for unemployed youths so as to try and cop up with the financial difficulties brought by COVID-19
