In Kenya, these two words are basically used to refer to the same thing. But it is not as many learned friends will think so. In fact it is surprising how a graduate can confuse such a simple vocabulary after a period of more than 2 years in college or a university.
So What is the difference? Here are 6 difference occurrences between an internship and attachment.
4.Attachment attaches one to more responsibilities
In a news room, an intern will take the role of just learning and watching, nothing much done from this point, but an attache will be watching and learning what he is expected to do on the following day.
5.Internship is tied to classwork
In most cases, you follow a particular analogy already set up in class while you are intern, you are always reminded that you are still a student in class though in the field, unlike Attache, where you need to do away with the classroom mind and adopt creativity and make businesses tick.
6.Attachment finds one a job
Finally, the best goal of an attachment which is sweet is to win that job under your name. Atleast you got a chance to prove yourself, but an intern is not assured of any position at the end of that period!
