Isaac Mwaura, a nominated MP on ODM ticket for special needs representation, has called his party leader a  ‘Kigeugeu’ simply meaning someone who cannot be relied on.

And so he went on social media to pass his message to his Kenyan voters over the scuffle.

“Na huyu Raila kweli sio muungwana. I thought I respected him by going to him to tell him of political reality….I now understand why people use the term kigeugeu on him. He is not one you can easily trust.”

Mwaura proceeded.

I’ve today most respectfully informed my Party Leader Rt.Hon. Raila Odinga of my decision to work closely with H.E President Uhuru Kenyatta. This is after extensive consultation with the people of Ruiru and as they say, all politics is local. I remain most grateful and honoured for the special consideration by my Party Leader to nominate me to represent special interests in Parliament and also having served in his office as Advisor on special interest groups

The ODM Mp joins the other trail  that already ditched the CORD  Coalition.

Those who left earlier before CORD Coalition include Governor Salim Mvurya (Kwale), MPs Ababu Namwamba (Budalang’i), John Waluke (Sirisia), Steven Kariuki (Mathare) and Zainab Chidzuga (Kwale Women Representative) among others.
