Diego Costa, the top scorer in the Premier League this season, has been left out of Antonio Conte’s call for this weekend’s Chelsea game against Leicester after a strong discussion with the coach and one of the physiotherapists of the equipment.

The 28-year-old Spaniard has not traveled with the rest of the team to Leicester for tomorrow’s Matchday 21 match at King Power Stadium.

The Premier’s top scorer, with 14 goals and 5 assists, has not been trained in the last three days, reports the British media, and speculation about his departure from the club, after having received a succulent and generous offer of the Chinese football.

The Tianjin Quanjian, who recently took over the services of the Belgian international Axel Witsel, is interested in Costa, who would offer a salary of 30 million pounds annually (34.3 million euros), making him the highest paid player in the world .

Costa, who arrived at the southwestern corner of the British capital in 2014, from Atletico Madrid for 32 million pounds, said recently that he was “very happy” at Chelsea, although the past was “very close to returning to Atlético ”
