Moses Kuria uttered obscene words on live TV during the ongoing Jubilee Nominations in his home constituency, Gatundu South.
Moses Kuria had been acquainted of related charges on hate speech which he had been released on bond after spending close to a week at Pangani police station together with the other public leaders.

Kuria had been accused of mobilizing his residents to flag and brandish pangas and rungus.
