Miguna Miguna announced this via his tweeter handle sparking online debate.
I AM RETURNING TO KENYA ON MAY 16, 2018. I am a Kenyan citizen by birth. The High Court has ordered @FredMatiangi, @GKihalangwa, @JBoinnet and KInoti 13 times to issue me with a valid Kenyan passport and facilitate my return to Kenya as a Kenyan unconditionally. #BringMigunaHome

Miguna has been a strong critic of Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta handshake, taming it a betrayal of NASA leader to those Kenyans who were fighting for election justice.
Miguna was deported back to Canada in March following his other deportation in another earlier month.
