Octopizzo took his frenemy comments towards South Africa’s top rapper Cassper Nyovest during the much hyped TGR Show at Race Course Road in Nairobi.
The Kenyan rapper was disturbed by the fact that the South African rapper arrived late at the show despite the fact that he was aware of the show many days ago.
“It has become a trend that many international acts who perform in Kenya take for granted the Kenyan audience, they arrive late and end up giving a lackluster performances,” he said amid applause from the crowd.
But when the rapper, Nyovest stepped up on the pulpit, he never apologized for his lateness but went ahead and performed for less than an hour.
It was later learned from his team that British Embassy had withheld his visa.
The event was also punctuated by the hype of DJ Protege and DJ Dii while controlled by MC Chipukeezy and Shaffie Waru.
Other top singers such as Steph Kapela, Fena Gitu and Khaligraph Jones were also featured in the 4 hour show.
