Falling in love, entering into a relationship and valuing time with your partner are things that most of us long for in life. Although we all want to be there, we ruin our relationships.

After a point, we make too many mistakes that damage the bond with our partner.

Here are 7 acts in a relationship that are worse than an infidelity.

  1. Give your partner for granted

Many people tend to take advantage of the fact that their partner loves them very much. They feel that, whatever happens, their partner will always stay, and they do what they want with them.

  1. Intimidate your partner

Relationships fail when we make our partners feel that they are not good enough for us. We create a sense of insecurity in them when we boast of how amazing we are and then point out their limitations. This is not a healthy thing to do in a relationship and it can have horrible consequences.

  1. Try to change your partner

By forcing your partner to change for you, you are ruining the relationship and removing identity.

  1. Use your partner

Do not be the kind of person who makes use of your partner. They should be willing to help each other in times of need. However, forcing something or demanding things from your partner is just another way of being insensitive.

  1. Being selfish

A relationship is about two people. Each time you make a decision, it is important that you also consider the needs of your partner. Being selfish and thinking about what you always want is not the best way to move your relationship forward.

  1. Insist on being perfect

Do not force your partner to be perfect. Having superficial expectations makes it difficult for your partner to continue in the relationship. You make them feel hopeless and insecure by demanding that they are perfect.

  1. Judge everything

Nobody likes to be reminded of their imperfections and limitations, especially their partner. You are betraying who you love by making him feel small, which can be your long-term relationship.
