An investigation into the case of a girl raped at Moi Girls Nairobi is turning tables upside down instead of progressing.
DNA samples obtained from teachers and other male workers from the school, so far has not come out to pin any of them down with the heinous crime which shook the whole country as well as the world.
According to a research done by KUPPET (Kenya Union of Post-Primary Education Teachers), they could not place any man at the scene of crime and now claims that other students who could be lesbians might have carried out the crime.
“If You Enter The School You Have To Pass Two Dormitories Before Getting To Elgon, The Hostel Where The Girl Was. Why Would A Rapist Pass Two Hostels And Specifically Go To Elgon?”
They also said that a close replay of all security cameras around the school showed one else entering the school something that supports their argument.
They add that the not so human students might have inserted an object in her private parts to teach her a lesson.
“The Other Girls Wanted To Teach Her A Lesson For Rejecting Them. There Is Crop Of Lesbians In The School Known To Many Of The Students.”
There is also a short form of how chronological events happened as compared to witness accounts .
“The First Entrance Is Through The Roof Which Lands You On First Floor Of Elgon Hostel Where The Girl Was Allegedly Raped. The Victim However Resides In A Cubicle On The Ground Floor, Where The Toilets Are Also Located. This Begs The Question, Why The Rapist After Landing On First Floor, Left 100 Girls And Headed Down To Ground Floor Where He Met His Victim.”
The KUPPET union has urged the government to release their DNA findings which had been scheduled July 2, 2018.
The first report of lesbianism in girl schools was reported in 2015 at St Georges Girls’ Secondary School when 5 form four students were sent away on grounds of being lesbianic
