7 Powerful But Simple CV Writing Tips

The work of a written curriculum is to speak the best of you, highlighting the qualities for which the company must hire you, that is why it is vital that it is free of errors.

Unfortunately we turned to the first template we found on the internet to write the glorious pages that make up our curriculum and we do not realize that, like that, there will be hundreds on the desk of the human resources manager.

The fundamental thing is to emphasize, and we do not speak of leaves of pink color or scented, it is simpler than that, the key is in the details.

  1. Avoid the clichés, the phrases , the bombastic words that you may not understand at all.
  2. Use a direct and clear language. Take care of the spelling .
  3. A curriculum riddled with spelling errors reflects a careless person who does not take the time to do things carefully.
  4. Once you finish it, ask someone to read it for you.
  5. Do not invent things about yourself, do not magnify your achievements in order to impress, remember that there will be an interview and if you do not remember your “little lies” you will be very wrong.
  6. It is also important that you highlight your achievements in previous jobs and not just the responsibilities and tasks that you performed.
  7. Do not be afraid to highlight and show your personality, especially if the position demands
