Ex Kanyidoto Ward Member of County Assembly Mr Lawrence Mulwa was arrested on Sunday when he stormed police station over the arrest of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno.
Mulwa had gone to Homa Bay police station over the questioning of Sharon Otieno murder. Mulwa was also mentioned by Nation Journalist Barrack Odour that he is the one who connected him to the office of Governor Obado Okoth.
He will be arraigned in court on Monday 10th. Besides Governor Okoth’s aide Micheal Oyamo will also be in court together with eight others for charges related to the killing of 26 year old student.
