Pleas from Kasarani OCPD Robinson Moloi proved futile when he asked the victims and witnesses to come forward and record statements with the police
Then he was facing serious charges of sexually assaulting a sedated patient, operating as a pharmacist without a license and administering unknown drugs to patients
