Its 2019 and already their is a boom in engagements, proposals, marriages and weddings amongst one of the top ranked Kenyan celebs.
Barely days into the new year, already a good number of celebs had proposed and others went as far as wedding.
During February, often dubbed as lover’s month, love exploded and so many were taken.
Here is a number of Kenyan celebs who have already settled down in 2019 for love
MC Tricky- Comedian
Officially known as Paul Njoroge Kimani, he is fondly known by his state name MC Tricky.
The lass who many thought he was a street boy, unveiled a very cute and hot lover then many could think around January 9th , 2019
MCA Tricky’s lover Asha, can be defined by beautiful words such as fine skin tone, light skin, long hair and all round beautiful.

Towards end of February 2018, Sauti Sol’s lead soloist Bien set new standards in town.
He hired a whole cinema hall to propose to his longtime girlfriend Chiki Kuruka on the evening of 27th February 2019.
Their engagement news were broken by close friends who attended the event.
Now fans are waiting for their wedding bells to ring anytime in 2019.
Varshita- Actress
KTN TV top actress seems to have bagged herself a man just before on the brink of 2019
Varshita alias Eve D’souza is well known of a fierce role on Auntie Boss which airs on the Standard Group owned TV.
Varshita has remianed so mean with her relationship status even when she was pegged down during local news interviews, claiming that ‘right time’ was not yet.
However, towards the end of last year as well as the beginning of this year, she has spilled so much beans for the showbizz news bulletins.
She has shared photos of Simon Anderson who is a professional traveler and experience seeker, food and wine lover and a Sevens Rugby fan.
Varshita also had stated a reason to remain private with her love style before.
“The way my family approaches relationships is, until it is dead serious I don’t want to introduce anyone. My self-esteem has always been based on my career and not on relationships. It’s not like I’m dying to show off a man,” she said.

Lilian Muli- Citizen TV anchor
Jared Nevaton broke up with Lilian Muli over last year 2018, with Lilian accusing him of being a man of many wives often referred to as ‘community’ husband.
The separation which happened on the end of 2018, saw Lilian go into bitter rant on social media, considering that she had just had a kid with Jared.
Jared apologized and Lilian Muli has again taken him back since the beginning of 2019 February

Days after her ex hubby Dennis Okari married Naomi Joy, Betty Kyallo has announced that her second wedding is on the way.
“I miss being with someone and can’t wait to settle down again. In fact my mum keeps asking when I will wear my next wedding gown. She wants me to bring a man home,” she said.

Anne Waiguru- Kirinyaga Governor
Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru got her engagement ring at a deluxe hotel in Nairobi, the Lord Eroll hotel.
The event happened on 16th February 2019, two days after Valentine’s Day, which saw former Devolution CS and City lawyer Kamotho Waiganjo get their engagement official.
Waiganjo stated that “It was a beautiful ceremony. The time was right for us to take our relationship to the next level”.
Waiguru also confirmed that the event took place.
I was completely surprised. We had not been talking about formalising our relationship so I did not expect it. We had just come from holidays and were celebrating his birthday as we do with close friends every year.”
The two first met in Likoni, Mombasa near the ferry before they shared a bread and a soda. That was however 10 years ago in 2009.
Waiganjo was convinced and right from that moment, started pursuing her with phone calls and sms.
“She was on phone the whole time. I had to ask her why she was not paying attention to our date,” says Kamotho.
This forced them to make relationship ‘laws’ when they are together.
“We agreed that when we are together and with family, phones are kept aside unless it is completely necessary. I am not doing badly nowadays,” Waiguru confirmed.
Kanze Dena- State House Spokesperson
Former Citizen TV anchor Kanze Dena and current Statehouse spokesperson and Head of President’s Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU), got married on 2/03/2019.
The mother of one son, got married to an IT guru Nick Mararo at a heavily secluded area ( Ol Pejeta Conservancy ) in Laikipia County
The exotic venue of Sweet Waters Serena was overlooking mount Kenya and date was so private that it even got her close friends and other family members out of their eyes.
Phones were also not allowed in the highly guarded venue.
Among the invites-only, was her close friend and former co-anchor Lulu Hassan.
Dennis Okari- NTV Host
NTV news anchor and top editor Dennis Okari had the official wedding with his wife Naomi Joy, at an event located in Kiambu on 16th February 2019.
The posh event was attended only by invites made up of family members and close friends.
His ex wife, Betty Kyallo had recently revealed that she was happy Dennis Okari had moved on.

Kenya’s youngest PhD holder Purity Ngina
Purity Ngina, who was born 29 years ago and Kenya’s youngest PhD holder got married via a colourful wedding to the love of her heart,Ritcher Mugambi
Their wedding took place on 22nd February 2019, few days after Valentine’s day which happened on 14th February
Purity is a PhD holder in PhD in Biomathematics from Strathmore University while her hubby Mugambiu is a graduate of Masters of Science at University of Rostoc in Germany.
Dr.Ngina and Mugambi got formally engaged in June 17th with a ring on her finger.

Kenyan NRG host Tanasha Oketch has revealed more light into the upcoming wedding with Diamond Platnumz.
According to Tanasha, she cancelled the wedding which was set to be on 14th February but been set again to happen in November 2019
According to her new revelations, the wedding is happening in 2019.
The Wedding Was Supposed To Be On February The 14th But I Told Diamond That I Can’t Do It Until My Mom Is Here, And She Can’t Leave Work At The Moment.
She told local paper that the wedding would likely happen in September.
