Attorney General Githu Miugai has warned NASA leader that his parallel swearing in mission set on 12th December 2017, Jamhuri Day will cost him a death sentence
‘Raila Odinga will be sentenced to death if he’ll be sworn-in as “President of Kenya”. That’s a treasonous act of high voltage,’ AG Githu Muigai warned him during a press conference.
AG Muigai was refereeing to the law on the constitution which is sited in the info-graphic below.
NASA leader had wished to be sworn in in a parallel move after they had boycotted a repeat presidential poll on October 26, 2017.
Raila Odinga with team sited that they did not recognize and trust in the current IEBC team which was led by Chairman Wafula Chebukati.
World leaders such as Donald Trump continue to call Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta to talk for a better future for the country.
Social media had mixed reactions following his take on the peace threatening NASA move.

Ther is a serious problem with AG Githu Muigai. 1. He forgot law. 2. He is misleading the president. 3. Uthamaki will one day catch up with him. 4. Threats won’t work for an idea whose time has come 5. Most importantly you cant threaten the Institution Raila. It’s not just a name
