Embattled Kenyan citizen Miguna Miguna has announced his return to Kenya in 2020.
The self made anti-corruption general has stated that he will land at JKIA on 11th January 2020
His post on Twitter has left many tongues wagging with mixed reactions.
Kenyans on Twitter supported his move, and many alleging support and match to over one million Kenyans towards his return.
Miguna was first deported out of Kenya via JKIA in early 2018 before his attempted return on 26 March 2018 was met with full force of police force at JKIA.
Miguna Miguna was deported out of Kenya due to his key role during the Raila Odinga mock swearing in ceremony at Uhuru Park just after the 2017 general elections.
Miguna’s passport was also seized where government officials claimed that while applying for his Kenyan passport in 2009, he did not state or disclose his Canadian citizen
Miguna countered that “The constitution is crystal clear: no one can invalidate or purport to cancel the citizenship of a Kenyan born citizen.”
The government also declared the newly formed movement by Miguna dubbed National Resistance Movement to be organised crime group.
