Embakassi East MP Babu Owino was accused of insulting Ghetto Radio presenter Edgar Ogutu.
The cause of the insult is not known but Babu has claimed that he is not behind the voice abusing the presenter who was at that time nursing her kid at home who is suffering from sickle cell anemia
