On January 19th January 2018, Embakasi East Member of Parliament Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino was arrested by the flying squad over the claims of assault and destroying of property.
Few days ago, a video was shared online where he was recorded with his men roughing up a parking lot officer.

But Babu Owino had a different opinion on why he was arrested today.

Since he was elected as MP for the Nairobi county based area, he has been now arrested for the fourth time.
He has been a strong critic of the current Jubilee government
