Babu Owino has been granted a bail of Ksh.200,000 after the officers opened new charges on him after he was arrested again following his release yesterday.
Babu was on second occasion accused of assaulting Mike Jacobs, his former SONU chair competitor then.
It was known that the files were still pending before him.
He spent his entire night at the Pangani Police station before he was taken to Kibera Courts.
