Viral Embakasi East MP Babu Owino’s latest advice to school girls has gone far and wide from the way he addressed the young girls.
While passing out the message to the girls to remain focused in education and avoid early child sex, he advised them to remain loyal and honest to their tools of studies, especially books and pens.
”Your boyfriend for now is a book, if you feel the urge of kissing, kiss a pen”, Babu said.
