A chilling video has shown a Kenyan regarded as a fool running behind an anti-riot police and caning him during a local demonstration.
The video shows police negotiating with rioters before they bust into running battles.
Carefully, and behind a fleet of other police chasing away and containing them, runs a rioter who targets one of the police with a heavy stick, he canes him on his back before dashing off into the crowd
