This challenge should be faced in three phases.

Analyze The Starting Point

The first is to analyze the starting point: what you already know, what you have experienced so far and what value it can offer in the professional market.

Working on self-knowledge is fundamental. It gives a vision for the orientation towards the next step

Deciding Where You Want To Go

The second is deciding where you want to go: knowing what attracts you and whether what motivates you is something the job market needs.

The need to make a diagnosis of what companies require: If you are not up to date with what the market requires, there is no market for you.

Design The Strategy

The third phase consists of design the strategy and identify “what means and resources we will use to catch up”. The ways to achieve it are many:

MBA: taking a professional leap

The universities business and management offer two types of bonds: on one hand the MBA (Master Business Administration), which have a practical nature and applied, and on the other the remaining related to the supply of higher education courses.

Starting an MBA is one of the alternatives for those who intend to make a leap in quality in their careers and it is essential for those who aim to work in the international market, since it is a recognized diploma at this level.

A solution for every need

Using online education or through classroom teaching, full or part time, it is possible to complete your training with a postgraduate or master’s degree. When you have to choose, focus not only on the practical elements that best suit your life, but also on the quality of the teaching staff.

Intensive teaching courses to develop skills

The investment in money, time and effort that a master’s or an MBA requires can be a problem. For those who do not want (or cannot) make a big financial effort or mortgage their time for a year or two, intensive teaching courses appear as an alternative. There are also experts who consider that very long studies have a harder time adapting to what the market demands.
