DP William Ruto’s Collabo ‘Hatupangwingwi ‘ Backlisted By NCIC As Hate Speech

Deputy President William Ruto is a disappointed politician after his collabo with Extray ‘Hatupangwingwi’ was listed among hate speech words.

NCIC announced on 8th April in 2022 a list of words that it considered hate speech meant to cause election mayhem, and ‘Hatupangwingwi’ was among the words.

According to NCIC, Hatupangwingwi is used by political families that haven’t been at the centre of the power and targets political families such as the Luo and Kikuyu who are thought to have been in families for long.
