Makadara court established that four teenagers from Eastleigh sexually assaulted a female doctor using a metal rod
The four teens were found guilty of abducting and attempting to rape the doctor back in 2016, July 14th.
The judge, Chief magistrate Heston Nyaga found out also that two boys were principal offenders of attempted rape and sexual assault to the wife of a senior government official
“The Complainant’s Testimony Was Credible And Without Contradictions. She Told Court The Truth By Identifying The Four Accused Persons And Not Linking Them With Three Others Who Were Freed For Lack Of Evidence,” He Said.
Two teens were freed on lack of enough evidence in the case.
“I Hereby Find The Second And Third Accused As Aiders And Abetters Of The Sexual Assault And Attempted Rape Offences,” Nyaga Said.
The judge also established that the boys did not commit any crime relating to robbery with violence.
The complainant told the court that the teens had forced their way into her car, forced her to the back sit and drove her away without a word.
She had just left her clinic for her city estate.
