Our client based in the UK, who has launched a new innovative Digital Mobile Platform into selected emerging markets, is looking to recruit a Social Media Manager for the Kenyan office.
Key Responsibilities
- Development of storylines, campaigns and engaging content, centered around social media.
- Leverage of social media to grow awareness, sharing of content.
- Building and growing a community.
- Project management.
- Content creation.
- Creating, generating and adapting content for each of the major social media platforms (cradle to grave process).
- Creating ideas for initiatives, writing copy, generating new ideas.
- Managing the visual design process with our design agency.
- Digital advertising.
- Testing new strategies, new content, and new campaigns.
- Creating, targeting and analyzing advertisements/content across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information communication technology or related.
- 5 years experience and proven track record.
- Proven track record of growing a social media.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with mobile app install advertising is a plus.
- Vigilant attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and energetic hands on individual.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000/= (Approx. 1,500 USD)Deadline: 30th July 2016
