This Saturday, Alex Ferguson had to be transported by ambulance and taken to a hospital in Macclesfield, Eastern county of England, and then was taken to the Salford Royal hospital, for a serious health problem, as reported by English media such as ‘Sky Sports’ and ‘Dailymail’.
Later it was the same club that gave the medical part about Ferguson and gave clarity on the subject
Sir Alex Ferguson has undergone surgery today for a brain haemorrhage. The procedure has gone very well but he needs a period of intensive care to aid his recovery. His family request privacy in this matter.

In addition to the information presented by the media, his son Darren Ferguson, Doncaster coach, said he had a serious family problem so he did not attend his team’s Saturday match.
He also announced that he will not be in his team’s last match in League One.
The previous weekend, Ferguson attended the game between Arsenal and Manchester United, which recognized the work of Arsene Wenger with the Gunners.
