President Uhuru Kenyatta’s random photo while addressing students from St Bakhita Kiburia Girls High School in Kirinyaga  has been met with anger for maybe a bad reason.

On his way to Kirinyaga University where he addressed the sixth edition of 2019 Devolution Conference, he met and spoke with the girls who seemed to have been confined behind a wire mesh.

In 2016, the president also raised hard questions when he was pictured addressing Wajir residents in a stadium, separated with a wire mesh.

Alar! What are we missing out here? Why the barrier? Uhunye hatujakozea hivo..

You mean the students had to be restrained by a chain link fence from accessing the president! Do criminalise innocence please

— Stanley Koech (@koechst) March 5, 2019

Why cage innocent girls with a chain link fence…the PR stunt on this visit was overridden…poor show…pull this photos of the grid @UKenyatta @WilliamsRuto
