Family Bank is not the only bank which is facing a hard rock and a big financial mountain to climb, it is just among the many other banks in Kenya.
In a move which has raised eye brows in their offices, Family Bank Management circulated an internal memo which categorically called off office tea.
Family Bank memo was served with an immediate implementation which was expected to go as from Tuesday 22nd 2017.
It should be noted that Family Bank are some of the banks which had been expected to be placed under receivership in the early months of 2017.
In Kenyan system of employment, Tea delicacy is served in many offices so as to motivate workers and keep them active using the caffeine found in tea products such as tea leaves and coffee.
