FBI dancer Ezra and his ex-girlfriend Maurine have taken their breakup drama public after fresh accusations surfaced online. The two, who once inspired many with their seemingly strong relationship, are now trading harsh words on social media.
Maurine, who shares a daughter with Ezra, accused him of being reckless and disrespectful towards their child. In an Instagram story, she claimed that Ezra had been bringing random women into their shared space while their toddler was present. “Co-parenting with clowns should be a sport. You cannot play daddy while bringing random women around a toddler. Are you dumb? Some of you are way too comfortable. I think I should start charging you rent since you all love visiting my child’s space a little too much. You have no respect,” she wrote.
She went on to allege that Ezra engaged in intimate acts with women while their daughter was asleep in the next room. “I may keep quiet for myself, but for my child, I will fight with everything in me. Bringing girls over for ‘shmack’ while our child sleeps in the next room? You are the most selfish and disrespectful human being. How can you be so reckless around a child? Not once or twice, you were supposed to protect her, not expose her to confusion. I am disgusted,” she added.
Ezra appeared unbothered by the accusations, responding with a humorous video on social media and a message encouraging people to keep talking about him if they wished.
The public fallout is a sharp contrast to their happier days, when Ezra made grand gestures for Maurine. At one point, he surprised her with a fully stocked beauty shop in Nairobi’s CBD to support her entrepreneurial goals. He also gifted her a Mercedes-Benz as a push present after the birth of their daughter, despite driving an older car himself.
The recent accusations have divided opinions online, with some calling out Ezra’s alleged behaviour, while others criticised Maurine for airing private matters publicly. For now, the former couple’s co-parenting relationship appears strained as their personal issues continue to unfold in public.
