Comrades who have developed undying love for the bottle might have to find another alternative for their booze.
This is after HELB which offers varsity loans confirmed that the new card will be effected sooner so as to tame the alcoholic comrades and other students who use the money for the wrong purpose.
The students at large have not welcomed the idea since most students prefer been given the cash which is deposited in their banks for withdrawals.
