Kenya signed a deal with USA which will see Overseas Private Investment Corporation (Opic) and Kipeto Wind Energy Company invest more than 23 billion in a 100-megawatt wind power plant that would be set in South of Nairobi.
The second deal was signed on grounds of increasing and expanding food securities and agricultural produce.
“Kenya is open for business and all we want to do is package our partnership in a way that it is mutually beneficial to you as a private sector and the people of Kenya,” President Uhuru said.
Besides President Uhuru invited more US investors to invest in Kenya so as to benefit from the big four agenda.
