Mombasa couty governor Ali Hassan Joho has taken a little break for a tour in Estonia country in Northern Europe, where he is having a holiday as well as getting toruism ties back to his own county.
After making a shock u-turn and going back to shake hands with Uhuru Kenyatta, Joho looks to forget about the past with a short moment of playing with the ice .
He was spotted icing in his own element.
