When President Uhuru Kenyatta tweeted his updates from China, Kenyans were quick to advice Deputy President William Ruto accused of stealing stashes of public funds to loan some of it to the government as opposed to extending the size of debt

Instead of asking China for a loan, please speak with Ruto. He can fund this year’s budget. He is extremely successful at growing money. He can multiply 0 by 1Million and get a billion.
