First time ODM Kisumu Central Member of Parliament (MP) , Fred Ouda has raised social media temperatures after he was pictured in a car wash cleaning cars.
The controversial MP was clad in a white vest and beige pants .
He mingled freely with the customers and his constituents as he washed a number of cars which had been parked in the car wash.
This is not the first time MP Ouda has hit the headlines.
He once stripped naked before full glare of cameras after Raila Odinga had been insulted.
Similarly, he was the third person to slap a police officer during peaceful NASA demos at the high court
