Kitengela Motorists Shocked By 12 Year Old Boys With Habit Of Driving Parent’s Cars On Busy Highway

A concerned Kenyan from Kitengela, outskirt of Nairobi, has been concerned by the bizarre incident of two boys aged about 12 years driving freely along busy roads.

The message which has been circulating on WhatsApp, notes that the two little boys drive Toyota Noah and a gray Nissan car. The message also claims that the boys frequently fuel at Tosha Petrol when their cars run out of fuel.

It is not known whether the parents of the two kids are aware of the matter.

For one to become a driver in Kenya, needs to be over 18 years old and have undergone through driving school with a certification license.

The parents of the two kids also if found guilty could be charged with child negligence
