A man from Meru County hacked down his family after locking his wife and 3 kids in there house before putting it on flames.
The incident happened in Mulimakiu area, where the husband is said to have gone for his wife from her ancestral home with the help of an elder. However, the 15 year old marriage was not on a good verge.
The wife, a boy and a girl were burned to ashes while the third kid, a girl was burned with serious injuries.
The lucky girl is recuparating at Maua Methodist Hospital.
