NASA activist has been deported again for the second time.
Miguna Miguna was deported on Wednesday night at about 10.30 via Emirates Fight Ek 722.
Miguna had landed on Sunday but efforts to access JKIA exit proved futile as he was held hostage for several days until Wednesday 28 March 2018.
NASA leaders also failed to secure his release.
Jambo. We escaped from the airport and are all safe: Orengo, Ombeta, Soweto and I. However, we think they are deporting Miguna Miguna again.

Heavily armed policemen cordoned off the entrance to JKIA-Terminal 2, to prevent James Orengo, Cliff Ombeta, Julie Soweto and I from serving the Order by Justice Odunga and seeing Miguna Miguna. #NoImmunityForImpunity pic.twitter.com/SK06WGdcU5

Justice Odunga who had issued a court order for his release also did not go far
So they have assaulted Lawyers, defied the Court & deported Dr Miguna… on EK 722! I feel helpless & angry as an Advocate! Useless as an MP & Angry as a Kenyan!!!
