Kenyan comedian Mulamwah has confirmed that he is in a new relationship just weeks after parting ways with his ex-girlfriend, Ruth K. The entertainer revealed in a recent interview that his new lover, Debby, is Ugandan and not currently based in Kenya. According to Mulamwah, he tends to move on quickly after breakups and has no intention of remaining stuck in the past.
The comedian expressed confidence in his taste in women, joking that he has “gone international” with his latest romantic interest. He shared that Debby was in Kenya briefly but has since returned to Uganda, although he is working towards bringing her back. In his usual humorous tone, Mulamwah added that he is ready to be a loving and committed partner, saying, “Hapo niko sawa kuoshwa miguu,” implying that he’s ready to pamper and be pampered.
Despite the public’s curiosity about his fast rebound, Mulamwah made it clear that he’s not rushing into starting a family again. The comedian, who has three children with three different women, stated that he will not have any more kids unless he gets married. His first baby mama passed away, his second is Carol Sonnie, with whom he shares a daughter, Kyla, and Ruth K is the mother of his youngest child, a son named Kalamwah.
Mulamwah also touched on recent rumors suggesting he had taken over Ruth K’s social media accounts. He denied the claims, stating that Ruth still has access to her pages and that she simply isn’t using them actively. He wished her well and added that she deserves nothing but the best in life.
In a surprising twist, the comedian shared that he had used money saved for a wedding to purchase a car instead. He said the decision was guided by “God’s plan” and emphasized that he had already moved on emotionally and financially.
Mulamwah’s love life has often made headlines, and his ability to bounce back quickly from public breakups continues to spark conversation among his fans. As he embraces this new chapter, the comedian remains optimistic and unapologetic about his choices, proving once again that he’s never one to dwell on the past for too long.
