Juma Khamis Badi was accused before Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi that he had made with his employer’s designer panties.
He was accused by his boss, Daula Mohamed Omar for committing the offences at Hill view estate in Lower Kabete area within Nairobi County
He was also accused of breaking into a safe box where he is accused of making away with valuable imported silverware which included assorted jewellery, two wrist watches, a belt, a selfie stick and a bowling cup trophy, all valued at Sh3 million.
The prosecution officer from Gigiri police station asked the court to deny him bail since he was a flight risk and had disobeyed several police summons.
His case will be heard in the trial court
